Summer Reminder

Summer is in full swing, and the community pool is a great place to cool off!

As a reminder, the pool is shared by all residents, and we ask that everyone do their part to help keep it clean and enjoyable. If your child is not potty trained, swim diapers are required. Please remember swim diapers are not leak-proof and should be changed hourly. For sanitary reasons, all diaper changes must be done in the restroom using the designated changing tables. Changing diapers poolside can lead to contamination and pool closures.As we continue to enjoy the pool this summer, please help us keep the area clean. Before leaving, take a moment to check your surroundings and make sure you’ve taken all your belongings with you. The trash cans in the pool area can quickly fill up- especially when food containers like pizza or delivery boxes are left behind.

While the cans are emptied weekly overflowing trash attracts flies, pest, and rodents. Please avoid placing trash on the ground. If the bin is full, take your trash with you and dispose of it properly at home.

Gym updates:

Please refrain from using the medicine balls against the gym wall at this time. The plywood backing is in need of reinforcement and has started to pull loose from the studs. We will notify you once the repairs are complete and safe to resume.

The air conditioner is currently being serviced, and the thermostat has temporarily locked to help determine the temperature control unit needs to be replaced. We expect the service to be complete next week. Fortunately, temperatures have remained moderate, so workouts should not be affected.

Additionally, this is a reminder that homeowner trash cans must be stored outside of the view from the front of the home. Cans may be placed at the curb 24 hours before your scheduled pick up and must be removed 24 hours after. Trash day is Friday, if you plan to be out of town for the weekend, please make arrangements to have your cans brought in promptly.
