Thank you all for participating in the vote regarding new gym equipment. We are excited to share that the proposal has been approved by the majority. We are in the process of placing the order and will share the expected delivery and installation dates as soon as they are confirmed.
A few important landscaping reminders:
The compliance inspection team has reported more violations in the last two inspections than ever before. Please take a moment to review the following:
• If you have a dead tree or recently replaced a tree, ensure that you have submitted an ACC request.
• All homeowners are responsible for the strip of grass between the sidewalk this includes the trees.
• If you live on a corner lot, you are responsible for the front and side of your lot. This includes the strip of grass between the sidewalk and the trees.
• The City of Frisco requires replacement trees to be from the approved tree list and have a 3” caliper minimum
• Be sure to mow your laws regularly and treat for weeds
• Flower beds must be weed free and refreshed with new mulch.
To celebrate your hard work in the yard, the HOA will award a $50 gift card to the most well-kept yard at the end of April.
